Interpellation procedure
- Any citizen can interpellate the municipal council on any subject that it is permitted to deal with.
To do this, send a letter to the college of aldermen or to a particular councillor who will also follow up your request.
In effect, although council meetings are public (except for closed meetings), the municipal council's internal regulations do not allow citizens present to speak.
However, municipal councillors have the right to ask verbal questions at the end of each meeting.
